As a landlord, you're responsible for the safety of your tenants. Your duties apply to appliances & flues in occupied residential properties. You must ensure that appliances are working correctly and guard against the dangers of Carbon Monoxide.

If you rent out a property or are a managing agent, we can help take the hassle out of making sure that your gas appliances are checked for safety every 12 months.

What's included:

We plan and manage your Safety and Maintenance Inspection every 12 months and give you the necessary Landlords Gas Safety Record to meet your legal responsibilities.

Gas Appliance Checks for all other gas appliances you have in your property such as gas fires, wall heaters or gas cookers, (except those belonging to your tenants) which you will need for your Landlords Gas Safety Record.

You may wish to add the silver or gold HeatPlan service meaning if the central heating system needs repairing, you or your tenant can contact us direct throughout the year.
